Why I chose DragonTree Media Group

I was first attracted to DragonTree when Jessie Lee, the Promotions Coordinator came and presented to us in class. She was passionate about the company and the team which made me believe that DragonTree exhibits a diverse and family-oriented work environment. 

DragonTree Media Group is a marketing consultancy company that focuses on making brands come to life and the Geisinger Go Team is a great example of this. This opportunity will provide me with the chance to connect directly with our clients and develop relationships that will initiate better strategic plans to better promote their brand. This also increases community engagement and assists us with increasing the awareness of a better health style. 

I am hoping to increase my people skills whether it is with our clients or with my teammates. I believe that by being part of an efficient team, I can increase job satisfaction, increase productivity, and exhibit personal growth. I am also super excited to put my marketing skills into action and see what areas I still need to improve on. 

And lastly, I see this as a perfect networking opportunity, especially when we are on-site at different events. You can never have enough knowledge and networking is a great way to expand your knowledge about the workforce. I enjoy working with people who are motivated about their job and are eager to set the company and ourselves up for success. I am excited to be a part of this team!
