About this Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated problem solver to join our marketing company as an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of the company. We are looking for someone who is ready to provide customized support for the company. The Personal Assistant must be ready to perform a variety of personal and administrative tasks for the Manager and CEO, as needed. A college degree is required for this role. The candidate must be based in the Philadelphia, PA or Danville PA area. The candidate must have a car and be comfortable driving 2.5 hours to complete personal tasks for the CEO of the company.

Detail Oriented: You should pay attention to detail while maintaining complete confidentiality in every task you complete.
Communication: verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position as you will be speaking with the CEO/ Manager on a regular basis to coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, etc.
Flexibility: You should be good at multitasking and have strong time management skills.
In this position, you will be asked to but not limited to managing calendars, supporting the manager/CEO with personal travels, answering emails, making appointments, booking accommodations, and serving as a secretary when needed, among other administrative duties.
This is a part-time, in-person/ remote position and we are looking for the best fit of the above requirements.
Event Production
Transporting materials to and from events
Assist with on-site event set-up and breakdown
Gathering testimonials and/or data at events
Engage with event attendees while creating a fun, lively, memorable experience for everyone involved.
Coordinate with Marketing Manager to share photos and videos, create suggested social media captions, and to incorporate into post-event recaps content.
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must have at least 2 years of driving experience
At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Prior events, marketing, and promotions experience a +++ but not required
Flexible schedule, with the ability and willingness to work varied hours on the weekdays, and weekends.
Must have accessibility to video conference programs such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Since some of our clients are hospitals and/ or medical companies a COVID vaccination is required.
Resides in counties- Union, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Luzerne, Lehigh, Snyder, Columbia, Dauphin, Easton, and Cumberland (or willing to travel between 30 minutes and 2.5 hours for events, festivals, marathons, and other company and client related events).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom/ Teams, Powerpoint, Google apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar Invite), Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok.
***This is a contract position, hours will be created around events and fluctuate on a month-to-month basis.
***Our Executive Assistant position is a part-time paid position here at DragonTree Media.
***This paid position will start at an hourly rate of $15.00 - $17.50 based on experience.
